The north side neighborhood of Lakeview is a well-known and established area of Chicago. Home prices range from starter home affordable to high-end single-family estates, many of which date back to the 1920s. Comprised of East Lakeview, Central Lakeview, Boystown and Wrigleyville, the neighborhood maintains a vintage feel throughout most of its housing architecture.

The sprawling lakefront complete with a golf course, driving range, harbor, tennis courts and sports fields usually draw people to the area. But, Lakeview’s charm spans west. Residents haev access to plenty of parks, boutique shopping and top-rated restaurants. Perhaps the most famous neighborhood spot is Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, located on Addison Street. In Wrigleyville, summer afternoons bring cheering crowds to the historic baseball stadium, while warm evenings are prime for exploring some of Lakeview’s popular bars. For a guaranteed night of fun with friends, hit up Old Crow and Cubby Bear, two local favorites among Wrigley attendees. Two L trains pass through the neighborhood – the red and the brown line.
